FLOWpresso® works wonders in many ways for all types of people. It provides a unique therapy that encourages the body to release toxins and promotes self-healing mechanisms to restore balance and enhance health. The non-invasive therapy uses compression, far infrared and deep pressure to encourage relaxation, sleep and energy.

What happens in a FLOWpresso® session?

• Staying fully clothed at all times (long sleeves and full trousers required), you’re helped into the FLOWpresso by a technician. Whilst lying horizontally, your feet, legs, abdomen and arms are enclosed by the suit.

• The garment has air pressure and far infrared cables which are connected to a computerised unit. The technician will set your initial pressure/heat settings.

• The garment will inflate with air, creating a squeezing sensation that should feel like pressure similar to a hug, with no discomfort. Following this, heat spreads through the garment pieces. This far infrared heat penetrates deep within the body to avoid over-heating and induce a healing warmth.

• The technician will spend time with you to ensure the settings are comfortable and personalised for your experience.

• Once you feel comfortable, the technician will provide an eye mask and headphones to allow an enhanced relaxation experience. This reduces distractions while allowing you to let go of the daily grind.

• The experience lasts for 40 minutes, whilst the suit works its magic.

• The technician remains nearby to assist if you become uncomfortable or have any issues/concerns.

• The FLOWpresso experience is slightly different for every individual. Whilst some say it helps them feel light and refreshed, others say it leaves them de-stressed, rested and more in-tune with their body.

AromaDome aromatherapy session 30 minutes

This service probably saved my life. In 2016 we lost a historic business building to a huge fire. Fire departments from 8 counties came to help battle the blaze that used millions of gallons of water to extinguish. We had put so much love and sweat into that building and it could not be replaced. I was devastated. I stood outside in just a hoodie in February breathing in cold air as I watched. I felt like I had gotten pneumonia. I slept in the Aroma Dome for three nights with Thieves oil pouring out and it offered a huge amount of relief. It is my first go-to any time I have a hard time breathing.

ZYTO EVOX Perception Reframing

My first experience with EVOX was to help me deal with the stress of money. I had spent 11 years running a business with no safety net - if the bills couldn’t be paid, there was no pot of gold to go to and inevitably, the money seemed to always be showing up just in the nick of time. If there are any chemicals, metals, critters (I like to call them), in your system that you would like to get out, you may want to consider doing some foot baths to start the detoxification process. If you’re already doing a detox then the foot bath can be a HUGE boost to work together with it to multiply your effects.

Glyphosate exposure has become a widespread issue. Human exposure is prevalent, and this chemical has garnered a great deal of attention as to the potential impact on human health and wellness. The long-term health effects of this chemical are still being debated in the scientific community. But, our focus was to better assess the glyphosate levels in humans while employing an IonCleanse detox foot bath. Here we present a study looking at levels in the body of groups using the IonCleanse by AMD foot bath detox and in those not using any form of detox during the same period. Overall our results showed a greater reduction in glyphosate in the cleanse group 48 percent versus a 14 percent reduction in the non-cleanse group.

IonCleanse by AMD detox foot bath usage resulted in lower glyphosate levels in study participants as compared to the control group. Therefore, this method of detox appears to be a successful therapy in the excretion of glyphosate in humans.

There was sufficient data to demonstrate that using the IonCleanse by AMD had statistically significant higher levels of excretion of toxic elements in the urine than not using the IonCleanse by AMD. Raindrop Technique

Raindrop Technique by Dana uses 9 Young Living oils including 7 singles and 2 blends and helps to detoxify the entire body starting with the spine.

I first started experimenting with raindrop on my husband in 2006. He had a chronic ‘bad back’. He had had surgery on his back years before and although surgery offers relief at the time, it doesn’t mean your back is good by any means. He continued to have pain even after his surgery.

I got the kit to do raindrop which included a DVD that I popped into the player and started to copy what I saw the trainer doing. To my surprise, my husband felt really good after his first session (I didn’t even know if I was doing it ‘right’).
