What is a FLOWpresso?

Why FLOWpresso®?

Completely Restore and Rejuvenate!

FLOWpresso® works wonders in many ways for all types of people. It provides a unique therapy that encourages the body to release toxins and promotes self-healing mechanisms to restore balance and enhance health. The non-invasive therapy uses compression, far infrared and deep pressure to encourage relaxation, sleep and energy.

What happens in a FLOWpresso® session?

  • Staying fully clothed at all times (long sleeves and full trousers required), you’re helped into the FLOWpresso by a technician. Whilst lying horizontally, your feet, legs, abdomen and arms are enclosed by the suit.

  • The garment has air pressure and far infrared cables which are connected to a computerised unit. The technician will set your initial pressure/heat settings.

  • The garment will inflate with air, creating a squeezing sensation that should feel like pressure similar to a hug, with no discomfort. Following this, heat spreads through the garment pieces. This far infrared heat penetrates deep within the body to avoid over-heating and induce a healing warmth.

  • The technician will spend time with you to ensure the settings are comfortable and personalised for your experience.

  • Once you feel comfortable, the technician will provide an eye mask and headphones to allow an enhanced relaxation experience. This reduces distractions while allowing you to let go of the daily grind.

  • The experience lasts for 40 minutes, whilst the suit works its magic.

  • The technician remains nearby to assist if you become uncomfortable or have any issues/concerns.

  • The FLOWpresso experience is slightly different for every individual. Whilst some say it helps them feel light and refreshed, others say it leaves them de-stressed, rested and more in-tune with their body.

Too acid or too alkaline? How to handle pH

If you are testing blood, the pH should be 7.375, however, we can test urine and saliva at home which gives us almost free real-time information to work with. The proper pH of urine and saliva should be 6.4 when nothing has been in your mouth for a minimum of 30 minutes.

When you find yourself too Alkaline – that means our pH is ABOVE 6.4 – then you need to eat acidic foods to help buffer that back down.

Some symptoms of being too alkaline are:

Slow digestion

Slow elimination (constipation)

Parasites

Malabsorption of minerals

Hormone issues

Skin problems

Lung stress

These foods supply calcium gluconate that helps re-fortify the liver so it can maintain proper pH and calcium lactate that helps to lower an alkaline pH.

Most Powerful Foods are: Cranberries, Prunes, Blueberreis, Rhubarb, Plums, Fruit Juice

Peanuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

Wheat, white rice, buckwheat, oats, corn, brown rice, spelt

Beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, fish, venison

Soy cheese, cheese, soy milk, cottage cheese, buttermilk, yogurt, butter, eggs

Carob, pinto beans, navy beans, lima beans, potatoes, soybeans, string beans, kidney beans, cooked spinach

Other things to help balance an alkaline pH:

Vitamin C (especially if also bleeding gums)

Flax or olive oil

Pure water with NO lemon

Exercise

Bath without baking soda

Acidic Symptoms

When you find yourself to acidic, that means your urine and or saliva pH is below 6.4, then you may experience these symptoms:

Digestion that is too fast

Elimination too fast

Malabsorption of minerals

Joint issues (pain receptors are more sensitive when the pH is acidic)

Fungus

Low energy

Hormone problems

These foods supply calcium gluconate that helps re-fortify the liver so it can maintain proper pH and calcium hydroxide that helps to raise an acid pH.

Grapefruit, Lemons, Limes, Mangoes, Papayas, Raisins, Berries, Grapes, Figs, Dates, Melons, Apples, Kiwi, Avocado, Peaches, Pineapple, Pears, Cherries, Bananas, Oranges

Almonds and chestnuts

Quinoa, wild rice, millet, amaranth

Whey, goat cheese, goat milk

Broccoli, Raw spinach, parsley, vegetable juice, garlic, onions, asparagus, sweet potato, suchhini, lettuce, celery, beets, green beans, squash, okra, olives, peas, cabbage, mushrooms, fresh corn, tomatoes, carrots

Other things that help in addition to the above foods are

Vitamin D (make sure you have D3 and K2 together)

Cod liver oil

Pure water with lemon

Baking soda bath

If the saliva is acidic, you need B12

A complete ionic panel can be ran on urine and saliva to give you an overview of how your metabolism is doing based on pH readings, salts, sugars, cell debris, and urea readings for the liver/kidney function.

Contact me to have this done and get a clear picture of where your nutritional potholes are and how stressed your system is including a very good picture of your heart stress.

EVOX: How to Release Emotional Triggers

Emotional triggers can be tough to manage, and it can be even tougher to release them effectively. Many people get stuck in negative loops when these emotional triggers keep getting triggered over and over again.

You may notice this in yourself or in someone else when you get to a subject matter and they have a quiver in their voice. That means something has triggered them. Also if someone gets excited and their voice gets higher-pitched and they typically talk faster. This is a good emotional trigger.

When someone gets angry they may get a voice that is low and slow. All of these examples are emotions that have attached to a subject and they can be released or re-framed.

What Are Emotional Triggers?

An emotional trigger is something that causes you to feel a negative emotion when you think about it.

The EVOX helps us to reframe the preception that you have when you feel a negative emotion around a subject.

Common Subjects Improved with EVOX

  • Feeling a fear or talking to strangers or speaking in public

  • Seeing a snake when you're afraid of snakes

  • Driving a car after having an accident

  • Getting bank notices in the mail after you have had bad checks in the past

  • Low self-esteem after being abused by a partner

  • Seeing a dog after you've been bitten

  • Being unable to make decisions because of past failures or verbal abuse

  • Afraid of taking a test after doing poorly on tests in the past

  • Being unacknowledged by a parent

  • Not forgiving yourself for a mistake you made in the past

  • Bad divorces

  • Feeling guilty over choices with family members

  • Feeling like a failure because of being talked down to by a parent or partner

  • Being abused emotionally, sexually, or physically

My Personal Experience

My first experience with EVOX was to help me deal with the stress of money. I had spent 11 years running a business with no safety net - if the bills couldn’t be paid, there was no pot of gold to go to and inevitably, the money seemed to always be showing up just in the nick of time. This caused me to be so afraid of money and bills - even checks - because I just didn’t want to make financial decisions in case I paid one thing and something else would show up and there wouldn’t be enough. It was not rational but it was how I felt.

Enter EVOX, I did the session and I would just talk about how I felt about the mailbox and getting bills and getting checks and the stress of it all. And then I would listen to some music and get healing frequencies through my hand cradle then rinse and repeat. The miraculous thing is that after that session, I just didn’t have an emotional response to money. It was just a thing I could deal with and not have any emotional attachment. That was so amazing since I had stressed out about it so much I had went into adrenal failure at one point. And now I don’t.

What Happens When You Experience an Emotional Trigger?

For instance, if you were abused by an alcoholic in the past and you find yourself near someone who is drunk, your subconscious takes you right back to the time earlier in your life when you were abused and you feel like it just happened or is happening. You feel fear, your heart races, your face may even flush, you might even feel like throwing up.

We can map out where your emotions are coming from when you talk. When you speak about the trigger subject such as health, wealth, relationships, work, snakes, dogs, driving, etc., the tones in your voice change.

How Does EVOX Help?

When you have an EVOX session, you speak into a microphone in the computer about the subject that causes you to have an emotional trigger. The tones and nuances in your voice, along with other data is picked up by the microphone and the EVOX does an analysis and determines what zone this emotion is coming from.

The EVOX then sends healing frequencies through your skin via the hand cradle and helps to detach your thought from the emotion you feel.

This is repeated until the EVOX software determines that enough change has occurred to facilitate a releasing pattern.

The stuck emotion is like a log jam in a river. The EVOX pulls the logs out one by one until they are loose enough to clear out on their own.

A releasing pattern is like when you have released enough of the emotional log jam to clear out over the next three days.

You will also get personalized suggestions for bach flowers or essential oils to use to support your release as well as several affirmations to use over the next few days while you are in the healing process.

Who can use EVOX?

Anyone who can speak about their trigger can use EVOX. It can be a child or an adult. If the subject matter is too sensitive then the person does not have to talk about the subject directly but can just say someone's name over and over for instance or can say how they feel about what happened without saying what happened in detail. As long as their voice is connecting with the emotion that is all we need.

Conclusion

EVOX releases triggered feelings buried deep within your subconscious. Through the process of perception refarming you will longer have the emotional attachment to whatever subject you decide to release. Having a calm response to people, places, and things help us to move forward in life. We can accomplish our goals and stay healthier when we don't have as much emotional stress going forward.

10 Amazing Benefits of Lymphatic System Detoxing

People are increasingly turning to alternative and natural health methods in order to find cures instead of conventional medicine since the late 1990s. Once you learn how beneficial lymphatic detoxification can be, you may well consider incorporating it into your health regimen.

Some signs that you may need to detox your lymphatic system include:

  • Stiffness

  • Bloating

  • Fatigue

  • Itchy Skin

  • Water retention

  • Cellulite

  • Cold hands and feet

  • Swollen glands

  • Inability to release weight

  • Chronic sinusitis, sore throats, colds, or ear issues

  • Dry skin

Discover these 10 incredible lymphatic system detox benefits before you decide whether you want to try it or not.

1) Reduces inflammation

When multiple pathogens (like bacteria and viruses), damaged cells, and irritants cause the lymphatic system to become overburdened, fluid builds up. Inflammation occurs when our body's cellular trash can't leave our body, which leads to damage and inflammation in our cells. The lymphatic system serves as a filter that effectively removes pathogens and toxins from our cells, reducing inflammation.

2) Improves circulation

Together, the circulatory system is composed of blood, heart, and blood vessels. The lymphatic system, consisting of lymph fluid, lymph nodes, and lymph vessels, aids the circulatory system by transporting excess fluids and proteins back into the bloodstream.

In people with weakened immune systems, excess fluid in the lymphatic system places increased pressure on the circulatory system, which has to work extra hard to keep up.

3) Reduces cellulite

Sluggish lymph movement will worsen the appearance of cellulite. Managing the lymphatic system helps the body to eliminate the extra fluid that makes cellulite look more pronounced.

The first part of this report that interests me is: Recent studies suggest that changes in the lymphatic system and the production of substances within the interstitial space may be the physiopathological cause of cellulite. In other words, changes in the lymphatic system and substances in the fluid between the skin cells may be the main cause of cellulite. Consequently, problems with fluid build-up in the lymphatic system could aggravate this, causing even more of a concentration of the cellulite-related substances.

4) Decreases pain from injury, chronic illnesses, and arthritis

The lymphatic system can easily compensate in cases of infection, illness, injury, and arthritis by enlarging its vessels or nodes. But if the situation continues, the node may become completely dysfunctional. You can find about 600 lymph nodes in your body that helps clean the body by removing toxic cells and debris.

Studies show that the lymphatic system kicks into gear at the beginning of an inflammatory-erosive arthritic episode, but the chronic inflammation stage reduces the body's ability to clean itself.

5) Strengthens immunity

The lymphatic system produces white blood cells that help the body fight infection and protect it from harmful agents, namely bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Every day, we are exposed to a great number of these types of organisms. Without our immune system, we would succumb to infections in no time.

Although we are endowed with many defenses like mucus membranes, skin, and optimal levels of good bacteria throughout the body, pathogens will still be able to enter our bodies fairly often. When this happens, the lymphatic system allows our immune system to respond properly by producing lymphocytes known as B-Cells (from the bone marrow) and T-Cells (from the thymus). B-cells and T-cells will identify and develop defenses against these pathogens, the next time you come into contact with the same pathogens and your immune system may not even need to fight the infection. If it cannot fight the infection, then the pathogens can be fatal.

6) Promotes skin health

The lymphatic system clears toxins and bacteria from the skin in order to keep a person hydrated and healthy. Without it, an individual might suffer from acne, premature aging, a lack of elasticity, or other skin issues.

7) Helps with weight loss

The lymphatic system absorbs fat from the small intestine and passes it on to the bloodstream, where it can be used for energy or simply broken down. When your lymphatic system is slow, fats are not properly metabolized and can affect how your body retains weight. If your lymphatic system is struggling, it may be part of the reason why you have a difficult time losing weight.

8) Improves posture

Areas of the body that have a joint are prone to lymophatic congestion that can result in structural compensations. One time, I had a difficult time lifting my arm when it was positioned in a certain way because of pain in my shoulder. The day I discovered the lymph nodes on the front of my shoulder and under my arm were swollen, I began to work on those areas. As a result, my shoulder didn't hurt.

The same thing happened to me. When I tried to move around my hip pain, it pushed my back out. I was walking off-balance.

Stagnant lymphatic fluids from problems in lymph circulation can impede your ability to maintain a proper posture.

The pressure in your lymphatic system is higher when you're sitting down, so, for example, if your low back hurts when you're sitting for a while but gets better when you stand up and move, that could indicate a lymphatic connection.

9) Unblocks clogged arteries, veins, and capillaries

Multiple steps are involved in the transport of cholesterol from the veins, arteries, and capillaries to the liver, and this process is termed reverse cholesterol transport. This process is quite long and includes a number of stages, for example the HDL gets made into larger particles which are released by the tissues and ready to be delivered to the liver. It was recently discovered that the HDL utilizes the lymphatic vessels to get from one part of the body to another.

10) Helps the colon

Bloating and swelling of the GI tract are common symptoms of sluggish lymph flow. In general, fats and proteins are too big to pass through veins, so the lymphatic system is the main pathway for their transport. In other words, an insufficient lymphatic flow can contribute to digestion issues.

The abdomen has the most lymph vessels in the body and all of them meet up at the cisterna chyli which is the largest lymph node in the body and filters the many proteins and fats from our digestive process.

Ensuring that the lymph system is functional will help you to better absorb nutrients and maintain a healthy colon.

These are 10 benefits of lymphatic detoxing.

When to take Supplements and Medications

So often I meet with people who are already taking pharmaceutical medications. When we discuss taking nutritional supplements, one of the first questions is “Is it safe to take this with my medication?”

This is where I have to use my professional knowledge to help answer that question but one thing that remains the same is that we never ever take a supplement or natural product at the same time as a medication. We always want to allow two hours between taking these types of things.

If we take a medication and a natural product together, it can change the way the medication works - making it stronger normally or weaker some times.

It’s always important to know what the supplement you are taking is supposed to do for you. Then you want to ask yourself if this would compete with or affect you if the medication you’re taking is doing something similar. Start low and slow on supplements and monitor how they make you feel and always discuss medications and supplements with a medical professional.

It may be confusing to take pharmaceuticals and natural supplements together
